Keep and eye out for Rosie the Great Dane

Pam, who lives on the right hand corner of BQHill Rd and Gas Canyon is looking for her Great Dane who got out of the yard Friday morning. Rosie is new to the household, and may not know her way home. Also, she has seizures and needs her meds daily, so if you see her, GRAB HER and call Pam at 265-2363, as Pam and her family are worried sick about her. Rosie is a full grown adult of blue/gray color. Thank you. She may be trying to find her old home, which is unknown. Rosie came into the shelter as a stray.

The 40th Anniversary of CSHA was today, and I think a good time was had by all. After a one hour meeting and question period, and a guest speaker from FONA (Federation of Neighborhood's Assn) on wildfire safety, cake and beverages were served to the 40 or so attendees. Thanks all who came. The association works for you. We (the Board) welcome your attendance and input at meetings.

  1. Rosie is home!!!

From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank all of our wonderful neighbors for their help looking for Rosie. Especially to Denise for her blog and organizing a search party and to the Sorensons who found Rosie on their property after seeing one of our flyers and called me Sunday with the news I had been praying for. Ever since our family moved up here to the Shores 10 months ago we have felt welcomed by everyone we've met. The actions of our wonderful neighbors over these last two days really solidifies the fact that there is no better place to live!

    Thank you all so much.
